Our Mission

HolisticAloha.com is a focal point for the holistic community of Hawai’i. As holistic practices become more accepted by the established medical community and the public at large, the number of practitioners and resources increases. Our goal is to provide a complete guide for consumers to the practitioners and businesses that provide holistic services and products, as well as a forum for those in the holistic community to express their views and share information about their practices.

Who We Are

HolisticAloha.com is owned and maintained by Bonnie Jackson, MS, PT and Bert Jackson.

Bonnie is the owner of Genesis Therapies. She received her advanced degree at Columbia University, College of Physicians and Surgeons, and practiced physical therapy in New York City before moving to Cape Cod, MA in 1997. She has taken advanced studies in manual and energy therapies, including craniosacral therapy, acupressure, NLP, reflexology and reiki; and is certified by the National Guild of Hypnotists in Advanced Hypnotherapy and in Medical Hypnosis.

Bert is a partner in MMI, a respected web design firm in Brewster, MA. Bert was an active member and past president of the Macrobiotic Organization of St. Thomas before moving to Cape Cod. He operated a natural foods restaurant for many years and is an advocate for holistic practices. Bert is currently working to relocate in Hawaii.

Listing information on the site is based on the most current information we have available. We are not responsible for errors and/or omissions. Practitioners are responsible for updating their listings as a criterion for participation.

We reserve the right to remove the listing of any practitioner whose practice receives consistently negative feedback from consumers, or who is unresponsive to attempts at contact for listing verification.
